[Question - Other] Left eye twitches and is closed more than my right eye

I have noticed the twitching and the drooping eye lid for about a month and I have no idea why it is doing it. When I am relaxed my left eye just always seems more closed than my right eye, and it also randomly, and frequently twitches. Does anyone know why, or what this is called?
