[Question - Other] how can I make sure only one doctor sees specific medical records?

Specifically, when I’m going to see a doctor about a sensitive concern like mental health or an STD, I want those medical records to stay with that doctor, only. I know they are supposed to be used to help other doctors diagnose things, but I am strongly convinced that they are usually irrelevant and can trigger implicit bias against me. I am not changing my mind about this. Therefore, when I am seeing a specialist, how can I ask them to keep the medical records for that visit only visible to that one provider or office, unless I give permission otherwise?
