[Question - Insurance] I am thinking of getting Kaiser for health insurance but I have never had them before. I am wondering what everyone experience has been with them

I just started a new job and I am getting a new health plan and I am thinking of getting Kaiser because they seem to have the best deals, but I have never had them before and I don't know if they're any good or not. I had a friend who said don't get it and another who said they're great. I am wondering what everyone else's experience has been with them
