[DISCUSSION] I work at a hospital that doesn’t do contact tracing

I work at a psychiatric hospital. One of the members of our treatment team just came back and said they had covid. Everyone was shocked, which means none of us were notified that we were in contact with someone who had covid. According to the CDC, contact counts even if you’re 6 feet for more than 15 minutes... our meetings last up to 4 hours sometimes and we are less than 6 feet at the table. I just cannot none of us were notified. I could contact infection control and ask if they are doing contact tracing, which would force them to give me a direct answer over email. Or I could go to my supervisor first but then nothing would be over email and they would come back with some polished answer (which has happened in similar situations). What would you all do? And yes, we have had patients die from covid so I find this pretty serious. I recall they were doing it before but I guess they stopped?
