In middle school and high school I was on track and feild, cross country, and ultimate frisbee. I also played baseball but broken my arm so I stopped.
Outside of school I ran, skateboarded, snowboarded, and road my bike EVERYWHERE.
I'm 24 years old now and have just recently started working out, but for the past few years I find that every time I run or just exert a lot of energy at one time, I'm out of breath but mostly feel like I'm about to vomit.
Some times I do vomit. What could this be? Is it just the fact that I haven't been physically active enough in the past few years and I'm out of shape? Or could there be something else wrong?
I should also mention this happens as well if I sit for a long period of time and then start walking. Like after watching a movie at a movie theatre.
