For an assignment from my university, we need to investigate the case of Lucia de B. She was a nurse who was locked up in because she experienced 'an alarming' amount of incidents during her shifts. A mathematician mistakenly calculated that the probability of this being a coincidence was too low and we will criticize those calculations.
I am trying to find data about the heterogeneity in the number of incidences per shift of a nurse. Especially, differences between age groups / sex / years of experience / wards / field would be really helpful.
I have searched on google scholar for hours, and I only found a paper about a hospital in Ethiopia that contains data that is almost what I am looking for. Also, because we are investigating this case from the Netherlands, it would be great if someone could point me in a search direction to data from a western country.
