[Question - other] I’ve cut my finger on a dusty fan (small cut) but there is dirt stuck deep in and under the skin

What do I do? I don’t know how to get it out and when I open the cut I can see dirt inside, but the cut is too small to be able to get rid of it. My finger is in a small amount of pain and the tip is numb already, this may be due to the cut (obviously) but I’m frightened that it may be because of the dirt trapped inside. What do I use? The doctors are closed and I have to medical supplies.
