[Question - Insurance] FL Obamacare: I'm in a special enrollment period. I need to find a plan (prob Ambetter or Florida Blue) that will cover both hemorrhoid ligation and mental health. How best to find such a plan among all that are available?

Basically, I want good coverage for these issues in addition to basic plan costs.
