[Question - Other] Trying to decide which elective in my Healthcare Management Graduate program would be best for me

I am currently a healthcare technician working is the Department of Defense. I intend on remaining a federal employee. I want to break into a field known as “Health System Specialist” which is basically a catch-all for healthcare administrators/managers in the public sector.

The electives are as follows:

  • Adaptive Project Management Principles

  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Instructional Design Principles and Practices

  • Principles and Theories of Evaluation

  • Strategic Management of Sports Organizations

  • Decision Making and Change Management

  • Client Communications & Professional Consulting

  • Teams and Virtual Teams

  • Evaluation: Qualitative Methods

There is also another group of courses in which I must choose between either:

  • Project Cost-Benefit Analysis

Or

  • Evaluation: Quantitative Methods

To current healthcare administrators/managers. When you look at this list, where do you see the most value?
