Apparently I qualify for really good coverage in the Marketplace and this is my first non-employer plan so I need a little help understanding some of the finer details:
First image: what does it mean "paid at no cost coinsurance in-network"? I have to see a rheumatologist already, so I know use specialist visits. I don't understand what the coinsurance bit is about since I don't have any other insurance.
Second image: maybe I will just have to call the insurer but maybe someone knows this answer - I had to have several ultrasounds during my last pregnancy. Under this plan, would I be responsible for all of them after the first one? Also, what does "SBC" mean? When it was "prior notification", does that mean I need to tell the insurer I'm pregnant before I have a visit or call before each visit? My last pregnancy, everything was bundled from 2nd visit to delivery and was covered through Medicaid, so I'm not sure what the expectations of me are under this plan.
Third image: I use chiropractic care regularly, so if I understand this right, the chiropractor would need to submit a prior approval?
