[Question - Insurance] Family tells me that I am going to owe $1200 dollars for not having insurance, need more info.

I am a Georgia resident in the US, and my parents just told me very panicked that I would have to pay 1200 dollars or so come 2021 for not having healthcare with Biden in office.

I don’t always trust 100 percent what my parents say since they get their news from extremely biased sources so I don’t know how to fact check this, and I’m not that up to snuff on healthcare since I haven’t really been able to afford quality healthcare since I turned 26.

I’ve googled it for Georgia and I can’t find anything but then again I don’t really know where to look for ‘future healthcare fines’.

Anyone have sources on this? I just want to know if it’s true, half-true, anything. Thanks.
