[other] what are good internships/jobs for someone interested in Healthcare Admin?

I’m currently doing a B.S. in Accounting and want to get a MHA. I want some sort of experience, should I apply to jobs or internships like administrative assistant? I know excel world PowerPoint and have a bit of experience with working.
