[Other] I constantly hear a very high pitched sound (but of low volume), sometimes it evolves into higher sound + the inside of my ear start hurting a lot and I can't hear anything with that ear.

It has been 2 years now and it just got worse. I went to 7 doctors and nobody gave me a solution. This is just my last resort.
