A question about circumcised vs uncircumcised penises... I will just tag it NSFW, even though it's not really... [Question - Other]

I am a guy who has not been circumcised at birth, or any prior point in my life. When my penis is "unsheathed," if you will, and is hanging around in my underwear, the head of it hurts, as it scratches/touches the sides of my underwear. As such, I had the question of whether people who have been circumcised experience the same struggle and pain? And if not, does this mean that uncircumcised penises have lost their sensitivity, in part?
