[Question - Insurance] Oscar and Molina Insurance

Hi everyone,

Going through the marketplace and came across Molina and Oscar insurance. They are cheaper than BCBS but are they reliable? Does anybody have any experience with either or both? I would appreciate any input. Thank y’all! Also, located in Texas if that helps.
