[Question - Other] is nasal drug damage irreversible?

I’ve been snorting ketamine every 2 days for the past three months but I’ve stopped since. ( it’s been two weeks ). My right nose feels hollow and it’s abit disfigured. I was wondering if there was any treatment to this or is the damage irreversible or will it go away naturally? Also if surgery is the only option what kind of surgery is required or what’s the rough cost of it? Please help!!!
