[Question - Other] Finding doctors for unexplained chronic pain in a time of covid?

My girlfriend (33F) has had unexplained chronic pain for about 3 months now. She describes it as being pretty much everywhere; from her wrists and hands to her back, shoulders, and legs. At this point we have tried going to a few urgent cares, a rheumatologist, and an orthopedic specialist, and no one will see her even though she has tested negative three separate times for coronavirus and we show them her most recent result. She is also immunocompromised unfortunately, so she gets sick fairly often anyways which makes it hard to get a physician to see her (even though we have the negative test). However, I totally understand the precaution there.

I don't understand how people who have chronic pain like hers can't be seen in person? We have been turned away so may times we are running out of options. Is there anything specific we need to do or say to finally get a doctor to see her strange pains? Maybe we need to be testing her much more frequently? I just don't want it to be something serious that we could have gotten help for earlier.

Thanks!
