[Question-Insurance] NEED NOW

I've been back and forth with Marketplace.gov since March. I was dropped from my moms insurance Nov 2019 (I think she had Medicare because she is disabled) but they did it right as enrollment closed and I had filed for an appeal. Didn't think to apply for Special Enrollment because I thought they made a mistake (I was supposed to stay on her insurance until 26) but it ended up that I was denied again for "making too much." I've tried applying for Special Enrollment after I got out of unemployment from being furloughed. Denied. Appealed. Denied. Appealed again. Now I'm waiting, in the end of September. I know I can apply Nov. 1st but I need short term insurance until January 1st 2021. I live in TN, I'm 24, non-smoker, no pre-existing conditions and have had a steady job since I was around 19/20. I get recurrent UTIs but I think mine might've become a Kidney infection and I need a urologist and possibly an ER visit if I keep getting worse. I was looking at Golden Rule and Farm Bureau but if you have advice please help. Thank you.
