[Question - Insurance] Family of 2 lost healthcare due to being laid off but household income is still high

Are we eligible for any help COBRA, MEDICAID, MEDICARE, ETC? I am also worried about being penalized for not having healthcare at the end of the year. Household income is still high because other people living in the house are still employed and on their own plan.
