Question about insurance

[question-insurance] Ok. I'm 27 student/work part time. I don't "legally" have disabilities or stuff for special enrollment.. but I'm going through A LOT.. like I need to see a therapist.. I haven't had a physical in like 10 years... I'm starting to develop tics or something and I never had them before... So I definitely need to see a doctor... But I have no insurance what so ever. Can I still see one? I don't know what to do. Many problems with me I need medical help /medical guidance with but I don't have insurance for anything.
