So I have been drinking tea (with milk and sugar) everyday as long as I can remember, If I don't drink tea then I get a headache. Recently I have seen a lot of articles and Youtube videos of people saying that they quit caffeine and it was really good. Now I am really confused because I also heard that drinking tea has a lot of health benefits. So are these YT people only talking about coffee? I mean tea has caffeine too, is it bad too or is there a limit up to which its fine to drink tea?
