Looking for ideas for extremely clogged pores

I have horrible black heads, large pores and clogged skin. The black heads are so bad that nothing works except extraction. But lately each time I extract a backhead the pores damage and get bigger. I recently started a glycolic acid protocol but it doesn't seem to be repairing the large pores. Any ideas?
