My bf has been in the hospital since Wednesday for pancreatitis. Since then, I’ve talked to him for a total of maybe 5 min because of pain/vomiting. Today he called me panicked, saying he didn’t know why they were poking him and that he’s not in a well state of mind. I asked if he had released his medical information to me and he said yes.
Honestly I have no idea what’s standard right now. The hospital he’s at aren’t allowing visitors. I got through to the nurses station and they said everything is going through his mom. As far as his moms told me, she only gets updates when she calls. She has no details on what the plan is other than they’re waiting for numbers to get better and the pain to be managed.
If there’s a better subreddit, please let me know. I’m going crazy not knowing what’s going on.
