Why all new patients have to fill in a paper form [Discussion]

Hi guys,

I just don't understand why every time when I visit a doctor or health institution for the first time I have to fill in a paper form with my details.

Why those institutions just provide an option to do it online?

It is very annoying to stay in the office filling in a 30 minutes form, instead of having a checkup if I did it in advance.

Have you ever been to a doctor's office where you can do that online in advance?
