Quick Background: The application (MHP) takes Patient-Generated Health Data (pregnancy-related) and directs it straight into the EHR.
My project is to get feedback from providers on the experience they are having using our application portal. In many cases, providers are not actually using our service, so we want to get feedback as to why and if we could improve the portal in any way, how. What are some questions I should be asking? So far, I have:

- Have you had trouble finding the MHP Portal in your EHR system?
- Do you find the data that MHP collects to be valuable to your practice?
- Is MHP commonly known among providers in your location of practice?
- Have you had issues with patients keeping up to date with submitting data?
- Do you feel as if there is a lack of communication between providers (nurses, doctors, etc.) about patients using MHP?
Discuss
- Discuss any issues with your access to the MHP Portal.
- Discuss any issues with the MHP Portal’s usability.
- How helpful has MHP been in your practice?
- What is one change that MHP can make to most improve our portal and/or relationship with the EHR?
- What is one change that MHP can make to most improve the data that we are collecting? Is there any data that we could add to improve our analytics?
- If applicable, what is the most prominent reason for not utilizing the MHP application in your practice?
