[Question-Other] How can I help frontline healthcare workers get support to fight COVID?

Feel free to DM me, but how can I help? I'm hearing so many stories about how X hospital is prepared for another COVID surge but Y hospital has no plan, admin won't say anything, ICU is almost at capacity, etc. Is there a centralized org that helps with this stuff that I can donate to? Who can I call/write letters to? My mom is an RN and her hospital has been good with PPE and she is in a state that is down trending, but I am reading horror stories about ICUs in Florida being full and there's NO plan in place for the surge... WTF? Please let me know if there's any way a layman can help.
