[Discussion] What are some healthcare policy proposals that can be introduced at the local city/county level in the area?

I want to pursue studies in the health policy field and I have the opportunity to work with someone in my local government to gain experience. I’m trying to propose/brainstorm ideas that could be feasibly implemented and doing research as well.
