Just a quick rant about what a PITA Kaiser is about out of network claims. I have to MAIL them a printed claim form. No electronic submissions. I cant remember the lat time I mailed anything. I am not even sure I know how to anymore.
Bonus Rant: Because of Covid, we are not at work, so I cant just wander in to the mailroom and ask for an envelope. So I have to buy 1? A box? Also, does my printer even work?
Also, I know, they are an HMO, stay in network, blah blah, blah. But seriously, mail? WTF.
