Wasn't sure where to post this but I'll try here first. Last few days I've noticed a consistent urge to piss at night and sometimes during the day. Don't feel like I'm fully finishing though even when it's a standard go. I've still been taking my pre workout and workout drinks out of habit since this quarantine and I suspect all the caffeine with no exercise has rekt my bladder. I went from lifting weights and doing martial arts to just sitting on a couch ever day, eating spicy food and occasionally getting drunk.
Could this be the cause? Or should I be worried about a more serious issue? Anyone else experience health issues after a sudden stop in lifting/sports?
