[Question - Other] Healthcare costs and accuracy tracking: How do you handle it?

I’ve built a spreadsheet that includes estimates, EOBs, bills, CPT codes, discounts, deductibles, and co-insurance (and more) and it is unwieldy and time-consuming. So, question: how do you track your healthcare bills AND ensure they are accurate?
