What the heck happened? [other]

Found old vitamin tablet from 3 weeks ago down side of car chair. Had crack round whole thing. Pull the crack apart. Now I give this. From the quick view I got before I threw it out the window and vomited, it looked like tons of tiny little grains of sand inside it. Tons. It wasn’t sand but it looked like it and it was inside.
