[Question - Other] High triglyceride levels

I've recently took a blood test and ended up with a pretty high triglyceride level but I'm not too sure it's accurate. I'm a 17 year old boy and was on my way for a physical and had to take an unexpected blood test. I've eaten an egg and drank a cup of milk about 2 hours before the test and I'm not sure if that'll have a big impact. My question is, should I take the results seriously? They're only slightly higher than the maximum range.
