Remedies for uneven skin tone?

Hey y’all! I’m new to this sub but i do need help finding something that can help me with uneven skin tone. I’m pale but I have dark as well as red areas around my nose & cheeks and pretty terrifying dark circles. Anything helps ( i will literally take every recommendations into consideration!)
