[Question - Other] needing some advice or knowledge

So my hands used to always be hot and sweaty and I rarely ever got cold just sitting in a room. Now, within the past year or so my hands have stopped sweating and my body and my hands always feel cold. Curious as to why the change all the sudden and how to perhaps warm my body temperature even though I’m cold sitting in sweat pants and a sweatshirt.
