[Question - other] Do I have arthritis of some sort?

For a little over a year I have had this burning sensation in my hands, frequent numbness,cant really move my fingers, joints in my hand are in like a sore pain. It goes all the way to middle of my wrist at times. Periodically especially at night, it wakes me up and takes about 30 minutes to lessen. During the day it can last longer I've noticed it is more frequent during cold months, and theres more pain this year than last year. I am only 19, and it started when I was 18. I am weary to think it could be arthritis or carpal tunnel because I am so young.
