[question-other] Career options with an MHA?

Interested in healthcare and want to work in this field doing sth patient based or working with doctors nurses physicians to ensure some kind of care for people. I’m not looking for a back end office work which I know an MHA is business related but I’m sure there’s some work where it’s patient based? Any advice?
