[Question - Insurance] When to apply for Medicaid - now or when I get kicked off my parents insurance?

I am turning 26 this February and I'm wondering if I can apply for PA Medicaid now or will I need to wait until my birthday when I am kicked off my parent's insurance to be eligible to receive Medicaid?
