[Question - Insurance] Self-Employed/Commission Based Salary

I am planning on quitting my 9-5 job and starting my own business. I have insurance through my current employer. However, when filling out healthcare information for quotes, they require an income input. Since I will be starting my own business, I have no idea what my income will be since it will be dependent on how well the business does. What are my options?
