[Question - insurance] so how do I find out how much my insurance would cover for psych assessment

I've looked at the benefit summary and it doesn't really mention anything about it, I'm trying to get officially diagnosed so I register my disabilities with my college, I have optima gold 1600 for reference and I'm in VA
