What is the Best Natural/Green Beauty Eyeliner?

I have 100% Pure eyeliners. One that is pencil and the other one is liquid. The pencil eyeliner leave smudges and reaches my lower eyelids. While the liquid eyeliner does not smudge at all but it sticks to my eyelashes, and it’s very difficult to remove. Any recommendations?
