I'm looking for Anu Partanen's The Nordic Theory of Everything but for other countries. What books or other sources would you suggest?
There's plenty of academic information comparing healthcare systems, but I'm hoping to find other sources that combine the technical information with lived experience like Partanen does.
I'm researching family caregiving (unpaid care for people with chronic illness, terminal illness, or disabilities), which falls mostly outside of the formal healthcare system in the US, so lots of sources discussing healthcare mention it in passing or leave it out entirely.
