I have had this need to yawn for maybe the past 2-3 years and it’s really been annoying. I’ve seen don’t have caffeine or exercise regularly, I’ve tried those and I’m still here yawning or having to take a deep breath every 30 seconds to a minute. Also whenever I go to maybe “crack” my back or stretch, I find it easier to get it out until it come back. Is that related to why I have this deep breath problem and is there anything I can possibly do to “stop yawning” every so often?
