[Question - Insurance] Is balance bill limited by my out of pocket maximum?

If this happens in a state without balance billing protections. Let's imagine that out of network air ambulance transports me. They bill insurance for 50k. Insurance pays "allowed amount" of 10k. Will I owe all remaining 40k to ambulance company or this amount is capped by my insurance out of pocket maximum?
