[Question- Insurance] Covered California, but moving to the east coast? Do I need to cancel?

I get kaiser due to Covered California. They give me roughly a $200 tax cut each month so that I only pay $130 a month for a plan with Kaiser. In one month, I'll be moving to the east coast. Do I have to cancel my plan with kaiser? I assume I lose my benefits through Covered California. Do I need to cancel it through them? Or just Kaiser? Or both?
