Moisturizer suggestions?

Looking for an affordable (<$30) natural moisturizer, plastic free, and preferably color correcting/green colored (I have some red spots). I’ve read some reviews on Shea Moisture’s matcha moisturizer that seem hit or miss but I’m considering that. I also don’t have the time to make my own unless it’s only a couple ingredients with little prep.
