Did I just mess up my hair...

Hi, I’ve been using a natural shampoo block for a few months now and my hair was finally used to it. I had to use a really smelly vinegar wash at first. However I tried a hair oil by Khadi. Could not get it off. I washed my hair 5 times with my block and tied the vinegar wash too. Now I had to go buy a deep cleaning shampoo (i chose brand called unique haircare). It’s been 3 days and I have yet to wash my hair because honestly I am scared. Will all of my process with natural harcare go away now? Am I just being paranoid?
