My chin is messed up with white heads

I scrubbed my chin till it bleed every night for four years... Now my chin pores are huge and full of white heads... My cleanser is lush and coconut oil, my toner is mint tea with tea tree, and if i need it my moisturizer is argon oil. I use a non-natural mask once a week after steaming my face... Yet it won't budge much... Any help would be amazing... Especially how to naturally close my pores or make them smaller, vegan natural face masks that draw out impurities, or any critque of what im doing wrong.
