[question] Notable independent health care organization that’s a leader in some form of technology?

Could someone please share an example of an independent healthcare organisation that’s a leader in some form of technology, or at least direct me to a resource that will show me a few examples? I’m normally not this dense, but I have been looking for three days and have frustratingly come up with nothing. I get the sense that I might be over-complicating what an ‘independent healthcare organisation’ is. This isn’t my field of study; yet I need to write a report on said organisation and all I’m not entirely sure what I’m looking for anymore.
