Hello, I was wondering if anyone could offer insight on a doctorate of health sciences vs a doctorate of health administration. I am currently in a MPH program and my career goal would be to work in health administration (preferably high-level health administration), however there seems to be more options with a DHSc.
I am compiling a list of schools to apply to and have ended up trying to decide if a DHSc would be "better" than a DHA. My undergraduate degree was in Biomedical Sciences and I minored in Chemistry, so I tend to be drawn more to a DHSc. Would going the DHSc route offer similar outcomes to a DHA? Any feedback is welcome.
