[Question - insurance] Employer failing to provide healthcare?

Hey all, looking for an objective opinion here, hoping I’m in the right sub. I started working for my current employer last May (nearly 11 months ago) and per my contract was supposed to start receiving benefits in August. Long story short, I still do not have benefits, along with 3 of my coworkers who started around the same time. We’re a very small company (<10 people), the owners are “HR” and have been secretive about the whole thing. I’m pretty sure they missed the open enrollment period and I’m at a loss for what to do.
